1. Scope of Services and Applications Related to Personal Data

We consider your privacy to be of utmost importance and place great value on your privacy rights. This Privacy Statement explains how we collect, receive, use, store, share, and process your information.

In this Privacy Statement, the relevant application refers to the AI smart toy companion mobile application developed by us (hereinafter referred to as the "App"), which helps users connect to AI smart toy devices and provides AI Q&A chat, voice interaction, intelligent companionship, and other services. Our website and service platform are collectively referred to as the "Website." The App, the Website, and any services related to one or more of the above businesses are collectively referred to as the "Services."

Our Services may contain links to other websites or online services operated and maintained by third parties that are not under our control or maintenance. This Statement does not apply to how third parties collect, use, disclose, or retain information. We recommend that you review the privacy policies of these third-party websites or services.

For mobile applications of other brands for which we provide support services, our customers will determine what personal information to collect through our products. Therefore, this Privacy Policy does not apply to the principles by which other brands collect or process personal information. We collect information as requested by our customers, and the processing of such information is limited to providing the services agreed upon between the customer and us. If you are a user of our customer and do not wish to be contacted by the customer using our services, please contact that customer directly and inform them of your request.

2. Definitions

In this Policy:

· Personal Information: Various information recorded electronically or by other means that can identify an individual's identity or reflect a specific individual's activities, either alone or in combination with other information.

· Sensitive Personal Data: Includes personal biometric data, communication records and content, health-related information, transaction-related information, and precise location information. When we provide you with specific products or services that involve the collection of sensitive personal data, we will obtain your consent through prominent and explicit notice before collecting such data.

· Children: Refers to minors under the age of 14.

· Minors: Refers to natural persons under the age of 18.

· Guardian: Refers to the parents or legal guardians of children or minors.

· AI Smart Toy: Refers to toy devices with artificial intelligence interaction capabilities that can connect to mobile applications via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi to provide AI dialogue, voice interaction, intelligent companionship, and other functions.

· AI Services: Refers to intelligent Q&A, dialogue generation, speech recognition and synthesis, and other services provided through third-party AI large language models.

· Application: Refers to the mobile application developed by us that helps end users connect to AI smart toy devices and use related AI interaction services.

What Personal Data We Collect

To use the services we provide, we will ask you to provide personal information necessary for such services. The use of this personal information must be with your consent and on a voluntary basis. If you do not consent, we will not adopt automated processing strategies and may be unable to provide you with our services.

Information You Voluntarily Provide to Us

Account or Profile Information: When you register for our account, we may collect your name and contact information, including your email address, phone number, username, and login credentials. During your interaction with our products, we may further collect your nickname, avatar, country code, language preference, or time zone information from your account. For child users, we will also collect age/date of birth information to determine whether child protection mode needs to be enabled and to obtain guardian consent.

If you choose to authorize login using a third-party account, we will obtain your shared account information from the third party (including avatar, nickname, region, email, and gender information) and bind it to your account for quick login. We will use your personal information in accordance with our agreements with the third party, the terms regarding shared personal information published in the third party's privacy policy, and in compliance with relevant regulations.

Feedback: When you use the feedback and suggestions feature in our products, we will collect your email address, phone number, and feedback content to promptly address your issues and device malfunctions.

Additional Services Based on Device Permissions

1) Photo Library (Image/Video Library) Access: You may use this feature after enabling photo library permissions to upload your photos/images/videos for scanning codes to add devices, changing avatars, and providing evidence when reporting issues. You can revoke photo and video permissions in your mobile device's system settings to stop our access to your photo library.

2) Storage Permission: We request this permission to ensure the stable operation of the client application. After you enable read/write access to your device storage, we will read from or write to your device storage space images, files, and crash log information for information publishing or local crash log recording. You can disable storage permissions in your mobile device's system settings to stop us from reading and writing to your system files.

3) Bluetooth Permission: To connect to and control AI smart toy devices, the App needs to request Bluetooth permission for searching, pairing, and connecting to nearby AI toy devices, and communicating data with them to enable interactive control, status synchronization, and firmware upgrades. This permission is only used to establish connections and communicate with devices you have authorized and will not be used for any other purpose. You can disable Bluetooth and Bluetooth permissions in your mobile device's system settings to stop our use of your Bluetooth hardware.

4) Device Status Permission: The primary purpose of requesting this permission is to obtain a unique device identifier for identifying user devices, enabling log information analysis, and improving App stability and robustness. You can disable the relevant permissions in your mobile device's system settings to stop us from collecting device status information.

5) Wi-Fi Information Access: When you authorize the relevant permissions through your system settings and use services based on Wi-Fi networks, we will collect and use Wi-Fi network information to enable the App to discover and manage AI toy devices and facilitate device pairing and connection. You can disable the Wi-Fi switch in your mobile device's system settings to stop us from obtaining surrounding Wi-Fi information.

You understand and agree that the above additional services require you to enable access permissions for your photo library, Bluetooth, storage, device status, and Wi-Fi information on your device to enable the collection and use of information related to these permissions. You can check the status of the above permissions in your device settings and decide to enable or disable these permissions at any time. Please note that enabling any permission means you authorize us to collect and use the relevant personal information to provide you with the corresponding service. Once you disable any permission, it means you have revoked the authorization, and we will no longer continue to collect and use the relevant personal information based on that permission, nor will we be able to provide you with the service corresponding to that permission. However, your decision to disable a permission will not affect the information collection and use previously conducted based on your authorization.

Information We Automatically Collect

· Mobile Device Information: When you use our services, we automatically collect the device model, unique device identifier, Android ID, login IP address, firmware version number, log information, wireless connection information, mobile network information, operating system type and version.

· AI Toy Device Status Information: When you interact with AI toy devices through our services, we may collect the device's activation time, device name, device ID, connection time, upgrade information, online status, etc.

· Data Interaction Information: When you interact with our services, we automatically collect relevant data access, sent/received messages, and other interaction-related data.

· Log Information: When interacting with our services, relevant interaction log information is retained for us to analyze potential issues.

Auto-Start and Associated Launch Description

1. To ensure that the application can properly receive client push broadcast messages when it is closed or running in the background, the application needs to use the auto-start capability. There will be a certain frequency of system broadcasts to wake up the application for auto-start or associated launch behavior, which is necessary for the implementation of functions and services.

2. When you open push notification content within the App, after obtaining your explicit consent, the App will be launched to open the relevant content. Without your consent, there will be no associated launch.

3. When you open files downloaded within the App, it may trigger the launch of third-party applications.

4. Data Collection and Sharing Related to AI Services

Given that the core functions of this product are AI Q&A chat and voice interaction, we specifically address data processing related to AI services as follows:

4.1 What Data Is Sent to Third-Party AI Services

To provide AI-powered Q&A chat and voice interaction features, the following types of data are transmitted to third-party AI service providers:

The specific AI service provider used may vary depending on your region, language, and service availability. We will use only one provider per interaction session. If we add new third-party AI service providers, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly.

4.3 User Consent Before Data Sharing

Important: Before any of your data is sent to a third-party AI service, the App will:

· Present a clear consent prompt explaining that your dialogue and voice data will be processed by a third-party AI service to generate responses;

· Require you to explicitly agree (opt-in) before your data is transmitted;

· For child users, require the guardian to provide explicit consent before the child can use AI interaction features;

· Allow you to withdraw your consent at any time through [Me] → [Settings] → [AI Data Sharing Preferences], after which no further data will be sent to third-party AI services (this will disable AI chat functionality).

You may also choose to stop sharing data at any time by simply not using the AI chat or voice interaction features. No data is sent to third-party AI services unless you actively initiate a conversation or voice interaction.

4.4 Collection of AI Dialogue Data

1. This application is an AI Q&A chat product. We will not actively collect user account numbers, phone numbers, names, or other personally identifiable information through the AI dialogue function.

2. Only the data types listed in Section 4.1 above are sent to the third-party AI service providers listed in Section 4.2, solely for the purpose of generating AI intelligent responses.

3. After voice recognition is completed, the original voice files will be deleted from the server within a reasonable period and will not be stored long-term.

4.5 Security Protection of AI Data

1. We have reviewed and confirmed that each third-party AI service provider listed in Section 4.2 provides equal or higher levels of security protection for the data received, and is contractually obligated not to use the data for any unauthorized purposes.

2. AI dialogue content will not be stored in association with your personally identifiable information.

3. Dialogue records will be automatically cleared within a reasonable period.

4. Data transmission between us and third-party AI service providers uses TLS/SSL encrypted channels to ensure data security during transmission.

5. We conduct periodic reviews of third-party AI service providers' data protection practices to ensure ongoing compliance.

4.6 AI Content Safety

1. We perform safety filtering on AI-generated content and have deployed content safety review mechanisms.

2. For child users, we implement stricter content safety policies:

o Filtering content unsuitable for minors (including but not limited to violent, pornographic, horrific, discriminatory, and inducing content, etc.).

o Identifying and intercepting dialogue content involving personal privacy information with alerts.

o Prohibiting AI from pushing any advertising or commercial promotional content to child users.

o Conducting age-appropriateness assessments of AI response content.

3. AI-generated response content is automatically generated by algorithms and may be inaccurate or incomplete. It does not constitute any professional advice. Please view AI response content rationally.

4.7 Special Notice

Please do not actively input sensitive personal information in AI dialogues (such as real names, home addresses, school names, ID numbers, phone numbers, etc.). This applies to both you and your children.

We will use technical means to identify and alert users to potentially sensitive personal information in their input, but we cannot guarantee 100% interception. Please be mindful of self-protection.

5. Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing Personal Information

The purposes for which we process your information are as follows:

· Providing Services to You: We process your account and profile information, device information, usage information, location information, and AI interaction-related information to provide the products and services you request. The legal basis for such processing is the performance of our contract with you in accordance with our Terms of Use.

· Improving Services: We collect your account information and profile to manage user devices and present a better experience to users; we collect interaction data to optimize AI dialogue quality and product experience. The legal basis for such processing is the performance of the relevant service agreement entered into with you.

· Content Safety: We process AI interaction content for content safety review to ensure the safety of users (especially child users). The legal basis for such processing is compliance with applicable laws and regulations and the protection of users' legitimate rights and interests.

· Non-Marketing Communications: We may process your personal data to send you relevant service information when there are significant changes to service terms, conditions, or policies. As this information is very important, you may not be able to opt out of receiving such communications.

· Product Service Communications: Product support changes and related service information for our services may be sent to you through the processing of your personal data. Each such communication will contain instructions allowing you to opt out of receiving such communications.

· Compliance: We will process your personal data when we deem it necessary or appropriate to:

o Comply with applicable laws and regulations

o Comply with legal processes

o Enforce our terms and conditions

o Respond to requests from public and governmental authorities, if necessary

o Protect our operations, business, and systems

o Protect the rights, privacy, safety, or property of ourselves and/or other users, including you

We may also use the personal information we collect in other ways, and we will provide specific notice at the time of collection and obtain your consent as required by applicable law. If there is any change in the purpose of processing your personal information, we will notify you of such changes through email and/or prominent notice on our website and inform you of your choices regarding your personal information.

6. How We Share, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Your Personal Information

Sharing

Gather Genius Technology may share personal data with companies that cooperate with Gather Genius Technology. Personal data will be shared in ways known to you. We may share your personal data in the following ways:

· Sharing your dialogue content and voice data with third-party AI service providers for generating AI intelligent responses (see Section 4 for details).

· Sharing your personal data with third-party service providers that cooperate with Gather Genius Technology, including customer support services, email delivery services, data analytics, website hosting, payment processing, and other similar third-party service providers, to enable them to provide services to us.

· Sharing your personal data with other customers using our services and other business partners.

· Sharing your personal information with subsidiaries or affiliates of the company for regular business activities.

· Other than the above third parties, we will only disclose your personal information to other third parties with your consent.

We share necessary data with third parties through application programming interfaces (APIs) and software development kits (SDKs). Different versions of third-party SDKs may vary and generally include third-party account login, manufacturer push services, and transaction service providers. We conduct strict security testing on third parties and agree on data protection measures. The third-party SDKs we integrate primarily serve the needs of you and other users. When meeting new service requirements and business function changes, we will adjust the third-party SDKs we integrate. We will promptly disclose the latest status of integrated third-party SDKs in this statement. For details on third-party SDKs, please refer to the "Third-Party Information Sharing and SDK Service List."

Special Note: For children's personal information, we conduct stricter reviews before sharing with third parties to ensure that third parties have the appropriate capability to protect children's information, and we explicitly stipulate children's information protection obligations in contracts.

Transfer

When the company undergoes reorganization, merger, transfer, or other disposition of all or part of our business, your personal data will be shared with affiliates or third parties. We will notify you by email of changes to relevant information (change of ownership), compatibility of personal information changes, and clear notice regarding personal information choices. Transfers involving children's personal information will require separate explicit consent from the guardian.

Public Disclosure

In the following circumstances, sharing, transferring, or publicly disclosing your personal information does not require your prior authorization and consent:

· Compliance with applicable laws and regulations;

· Compliance with legal processes;

· Responding to requests from public institutions and governmental authorities, including those outside your country/region of residence;

· Enforcing our terms and conditions;

· Protecting our operations, business, and systems;

· Protecting the rights, privacy, safety, or property of ourselves and/or other users, including you;

· Seeking available remedies or limiting damages we may be required to pay.

7. Protection of Children's Personal Information (Special Provisions)

We place great importance on the protection of children's personal information. Given that this product is an AI smart toy and children are one of the primary user groups, we have established the following dedicated child protection measures in accordance with the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Minors," the "Provisions on the Cyber Protection of Children's Personal Information," and other laws and regulations:

7.1 Age Identification and Guardian Consent

· During user registration, we will require age information. For child users under the age of 14, their parents or legal guardians must complete the registration and explicitly consent to this Privacy Policy before the child may use our services.

· For minor users aged 14 (inclusive) to 18, we recommend using this service with the knowledge and consent of a guardian.

· We will verify guardian identity through reasonable technical means (such as guardian phone number verification, guardian account association, etc.).

· If we discover that we have collected a child's personal information without obtaining verifiable guardian consent, we will take measures to delete the relevant information and cancel the child's account as soon as possible.

7.2 Principle of Minimization for Children's Information Collection

· For child users, we only collect personal information that is strictly necessary to provide the service.

· We will not require child users to provide personal information unrelated to the service.

· AI dialogue content of child users will not be used for user profiling or commercial marketing purposes.

· We will not display personalized advertisements to child users.

7.3 Children's Mode and Content Safety

We provide a Children's Mode, under which:

· AI dialogue content undergoes stricter safety filtering to block content unsuitable for children (including but not limited to violent, pornographic, horrific, discriminatory, and inducing content, etc.).

· Functions that may not be suitable for children are restricted or disabled.

· Dialogue content will not contain any advertising or commercial promotional information.

· AI response content undergoes age-appropriateness assessments.

· Potentially sensitive personal information in user input is identified with interception alerts.

· We have deployed a dedicated children's content safety review mechanism for real-time monitoring and filtering of AI input and output content.

7.4 Guardian Rights

Guardians have the following rights:

· Right to Be Informed: The right to know how we collect and use their children's personal information.

· Right to Consent: We will obtain the guardian's explicit consent before collecting and using children's personal information.

· Right to Access and Correct: The right to access and correct their children's personal information.

· Right to Delete: The right to request that we delete their children's personal information.

· Right to Manage Usage: The ability to set usage time limits, view interaction records, and manage content preferences through the guardian account.

· Right to Withdraw Consent: The right to withdraw consent to the processing of their children's personal information at any time.

Guardians may exercise the above rights through the in-App [Parental Center] or by sending an email to support@globalaizho.com. We will process and respond within 15 business days of receiving a valid request.

7.5 Storage and Protection of Children's Information

· Children's personal information is stored with encryption and subject to strict access controls.

· AI dialogue records of child users are retained for no more than 14 days and are automatically deleted upon expiration.

· If a guardian requests the deletion of children's information or the cancellation of a child's account, we will complete the processing within 15 business days.

· We have designated a dedicated person responsible for the protection of children's personal information.

7.6 Special Notice

Guardians are advised to educate and supervise children not to disclose real personal information when using the AI dialogue function (such as real names, school names, home addresses, phone numbers, etc.).

If you discover that your child has provided personal information to us without your consent, please contact us immediately at support@globalaizho.com.

8. Your Data Subject Rights

We respect your rights and maintain your personal data. If you find that data is incorrect, incomplete, or misleading, Gather Genius Technology will correct, delete, disassociate, or supplement your personal data at your request or on its own initiative.

As a data subject, you may exercise any of the following rights:

· Access Your Personal Data: You have the right to obtain a file extract or a copy of all personal data we are processing about you.

· Correct Your Personal Data: You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.

· Delete Your Personal Data: You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data if it is no longer necessary to store the data for the purpose for which it was collected.

· Restrict Processing: You have the right to request temporary or permanent restriction of our processing of some or all of your personal data.

· Object to Data Processing: You may object to our processing of your personal data and data analysis at any time. If you object to such processing, we will not process your personal data.

· Withdraw Consent: You may safeguard your right to withdraw consent in the following ways:

1. Privacy rights obtained through device system settings can be revoked by changing device permissions, including photo library (image/video library), Bluetooth settings, storage functions, and message notification push-related functions;

2. By unbinding AI toy devices through the application, your device usage information will no longer be collected;

When you withdraw consent or authorization, we will be unable to continue providing the services corresponding to the withdrawn portion. However, your withdrawal of consent or authorization does not affect the processing of personal information previously conducted based on your consent.

Accessing and Obtaining a Copy of Your Personal Information

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to obtain a copy of such information.

In-App Operation: Obtain a copy of your personal information through "Me - Settings - Personal Information Collection List - Personal Information Export" in the App.

Email Request:

1. Please use the email address bound to your registered account and send an email to support@globalaizho.com. Please use the subject line: "Request for Personal Information Copy - [Your Username/Registered Phone Number]."

2. After receiving your application, we may require you to provide necessary identity verification information.

3. After verifying your identity, we will process your request within 15 business days and provide the information in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.

Correcting Your Personal Information

You can directly access and modify most personal information through the [Me] page in the App, including avatar, nickname, phone number, email, and account password. For information that cannot be directly modified within the App, you can contact us at support@globalaizho.com. We will respond within 15 business days of receiving your request.

Deleting Your Personal Information

You have the right to request that we delete your personal information in the following circumstances:

· Our processing of personal information violates laws and regulations;

· We collected and used your personal information without obtaining your explicit consent;

· Our processing of personal information seriously violates our agreement with you;

· You no longer use our products or services and have voluntarily cancelled your account;

· We no longer provide products or services to you.

Deleting All Personal Information by Cancelling Your Account: After account cancellation, we will retain your data for 14 days as a cooling-off period, during which you may revoke the cancellation request and restore your account. After the 14-day cooling-off period expires, all personal information, device data, AI dialogue records, usage records, and other data under that account will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Please proceed with caution. Path: Go to [Me] in the App - tap your avatar or account name - select [Cancel Account].

Processing of Deceased Persons' Personal Information

We fully respect and protect the legitimate rights and interests of the close relatives of deceased persons. Close relatives of the deceased have the right to query, correct, and delete the deceased's personal information in accordance with the law. Please submit a written application to support@globalaizho.com with relevant supporting documents. We will review and process the application within 15 business days of receiving complete and valid application materials.

Withdrawing Consent to the Privacy Policy and Personal Information Collection Authorization

You have the right to withdraw your authorization for the collection, use, and processing of personal information under this Privacy Policy at any time. Path: Log in to the App, go to [Me] > [Settings] > [About], find and tap [Withdraw Consent to Privacy Policy Authorization]. After withdrawing consent, we will no longer process the corresponding personal information and will delete or anonymize such information in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

9. How We Protect Your Personal Data

We have adopted technical and organizational measures to protect the integrity and security of your data. We are continuously adjusting our security measures in line with advances and developments in the field of technology.

· In terms of data communication, all data is transmitted in encrypted form, supporting secure algorithms, transport encryption protocols, and dynamic key-based encrypted information transmission.

· For children's user data, we implement additional security protection measures, including stricter access controls and encrypted storage.

· We have established internal management systems to restrict personnel access.

· We conduct regular security assessments and audits.

10. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies and similar technologies to collect and store your preference settings and usage information to improve the service experience. Cookies are small data files sent by a website to your browser and stored on your computer's hard drive.

Our purposes for using cookies include:

· Analyzing service usage to improve product experience;

· Ensuring service security.

You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser or device settings, including accepting or rejecting all cookies, or receiving notifications when cookies are set. Please note that disabling cookies may affect the normal use of some service functions.

11. Information Storage and Retention

Information Retention Period
